LC6700 Series Polymeric Cut Vinyl is a premium sign-making film engineered for long-term indoor and outdoor graphics. Featuring a durable 65-micron polymeric PVC face film, permanent solvent acrylic adhesive, and excellent dimensional stability, it delivers clean cutting, effortless weeding, and reliable performance on flat and slightly curved surfaces. Available in a wide range of vibrant colors, LC6700 is ideal for signage, window graphics, vehicle lettering, decals, and commercial branding applications.

Product Overview

• Material: 65-micron opaque glossy colored PVC film.
• Adhesive: Permanent and clear adhesive.
• Liner: Double-sided PE coated liner.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from the factory shipment date. Storage conditions must be free from excessive moisture and direct sunlight, ideally at 20°C and 50% relative humidity.

Physical Properties

• Total Thickness (including adhesive): 90 μm ± 10%.
• Release Liner Thickness: 0.14 mm ± 10%.
• Tensile Strength: ≥ 1.8 kg/cm (ASTM 882).
• Elongation: ≥ 100% (ASTM 882).
• Peel Adhesion (24 hrs): ≥ 1,400 g/in (180 peeling PSTC-1).
• Dimensional Stability: Maximum 0.5 mm shrinkage. This metric is tested on an aluminum plate at 100°C for 2 hours.
• Gloss Level: 60 or higher at a 60-degree angle (ASTM D 2457).
