VIZUON DPM LD59HT — Improved Air-Free Printable Vinyl
LD59HT is a VIZUON (LX Hausys) high-performance printable PVC film for commercial vehicle and transportation graphics. Official series data: about 50 micron PVC, white gloss or matte, grey slidable adhesive, air-free channels, PE-coated liner, approximately 5 years durability.
The improved air-free system helps reduce trapped bubbles during install. Slidable grey adhesive helps with positioning and opacity over vehicle paint.
Use for fleet doors, commercial vehicle branding, and flat-to-mild curve vehicle graphics. Do not sell this as plotter cut-colour vinyl (use LC6700 for that). Recommended laminate pair: LP59H2 / LP59H2G.
Wholesale at FineCo Sign Supplies in Surrey BC, serving Metro Vancouver and British Columbia sign shops.

Product FAQs
Q1. Is LD59HT cut vinyl or printable vinyl?
A: Printable graphic film. LX Hausys lists LD59HT under high-performance vinyl films for commercial vehicles. It is not plotter cut vinyl like LC6700.
Q2. What does “improved air-free” mean?
A: Air-egress channels let air escape while you squeegee, reducing bubbles on large vehicle panels — why shops search “air free printable vinyl.”
Q3. What are the official thickness and durability?
A: About 50µm PVC, grey slidable air-free adhesive, PE liner, ~5 years durability. Replace any old ~80–100µm cut-vinyl specs on the page.
Q4. Which laminate pairs best with LD59HT?
A: VIZUON LP59H2 / LP59H2G clear gloss polymeric overlaminate (~70µm, ~5yr) for a matched system.
Q5. Full cast wrap film?
A: Built for commercial vehicle graphics and flat-to-mild curves. Confirm deep compound curves with your installer before promising a full wrap.
Q6. Where to buy LD59HT wholesale in Surrey BC, Metro Vancouver and British Columbia?
A: FineCo Sign Supplies in Surrey BC stocks LD59HT for Metro Vancouver and British Columbia sign shops. Call +1 604-276-7888 for same-day pickup.
